Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online shop, click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into your shopping basket. Click on the 'View Basket' button if you need remove any itmes in your shopping basket. After you have finished your selections, click on "Order" where you will be asked for details that we need to complete you order. You can safely use your credit or debit card securely via PROTX/SAGEPAY OR PAYPAL.

Shipping And Handling The delivery charge is dependent upon the value of the items in your basket Smaller goods are sent by 1st Class post. High value smaller items and all larger items are delivered by Carrier and WILL require a signature upon delivery. Deliveries by Carrier to certain areas of Scotland do carry higher charges but we will notify you of any additional costs by email before sending your order. Orders up to the value of £20.00 have a P&P charge of £3.00, orders between £20.01 and £30.00 has a £4.00 P&P, orders between £30.01 and £40.00 have P&P at £5.50, orders between £40.01 and £100.00 has a £7.50 P&P, then orders up to the value of £200.00 have £10.00 P&P charge. |
Delivery Schedule As most products are carried in stock we will normally despatch your order on the same day or on the following working day when payment is made via Sagepay or Paypal. For postal orders/paying by cheque, the order will not be dispatched for up to 7 days to allow the cheque to clear. Out of stock items will take between a few days to a week longer dependent on supplier turnaround times. Smaller items are posted 1st class post, other orders may be sent by 2/3 day carrier. Deliveries will made by our appointed carriers to the address supplied by you, the Buyer, on your order. It is the Buyer's responsibility to ensure that someone will be there to check, accept and sign for the delivery or for you the Buyer to suggest a safe place for the carriers to leave your parcel. We cannot be responsible for any goods delivered by carrier that go missing if you do not give us delivery instructions with your order. It is important to note that to avoid this happening, you are asked at the checkout to leave delivery instructions if you are likely to be out when the carriers are due to deliver. We can only POST smaller/lightweight orders to a value of £40.00 to the Channel Islands, orders above this value cannot be processed. In the unlikely event of non-delivery by Royal Mail post, we cannot refund orders until they have been missing for 15 working days (Royal Mail Policy) from the date of posting. |
Back Orders If an item is out of stock but is likely to be available shortly, we will back order for you and post it to you as soon as it is available. If the item is out of stock and further supplies are not readily available to us, we will contact you to see if you wish the item to be cancelled from your order and refunded. |

Credit Card Security Your credit card details will be required when you have confirmed your order at the checkout. We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our secure shopping system over the Internet. All credit/debit card details are entered directly into PROTX/SAGEPAY our secure online Payment Provider, and are not held in any readable format on any of our systems.
If you still have any concerns about ordering online, we also offer you the option of printing off and posting our Order Form along with a cheque or credit card details. Please note that payment by cheque may delay dispatch of your order by up to 7 working days. |

Returns Policy These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed according to English Law. All notices of order cancellation, return of goods or complaints must be made in the first instance either via e-mail to: info@ultimateanimals.co.uk or in writing to us at the address shown below. You the Customer, will be responsible for any and all shipping charges to return the item(s) to us unless we shipped an incorrect or damaged item to you. You the Customer, has a 7 working day cooling off period from the date your order was delivered to you, during which time you may wish to cancel your order. You must return any goods to us at Ultimate Animals, Unit 1, Buyology Building, Ty Verlon Ind Estate, Barry, Vale of Glamorgan, CF63 2BE, and we suggest you obtain a Certificate of Posting from your Post Office (ask at your Post Office for details of this service) which is recommended. Where unwanted Goods are returned to ULTIMATE ANIMALS after the expiry of the 7-day return period but within a reasonable period of time, Ultimate Animals reserves the right to levy a handling charge. A charge of 10% of the invoice value of the items returned, will be levied on items which are not defective. The Customer must bear all the costs of returning any unwanted items to Ultimate Animals and provide proof of delivery. Any faulty goods returned by Recorded Delivery will be at your own expense as Recorded Delivery costs cannot be refunded. If you the Customer exercises your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you the Customer will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost, to the address above. PLEASE include your order number OR date of ordering with any returns or exchanges. If your cancelled goods are not returned within the required time, we would have to arrange collection and then deduct the cost of collection from your refund. Please do not return goods that are marked or have pet hair on them as these goods cannot be refunded or exchanged.
