Heavier/bigger items delivered to some areas of Scotland will incur higher carriage charges but we will contact you about this by email before sending your order. Just browse our online shop, click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into your shopping basket. Click on the 'View Basket' button if you need remove any itmes in your shopping basket. After you have finished your selections, click on "Order" where you will be asked for details that we need to complete you order. You can safely use your Credit Card/Switch Cards online via our SECURE server OR you can fill in our Order Form print off and post the ORDER FORM with a cheque or your Credit/Debit Card details. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Solo. To remove any items in your shopping basket, just click on the 'VIEW BASKET' icon for this facility. Shipping And Handling Orders up to £20 have a £2.50 delivery charge Orders between £21 and £40 have a £4.50 delivery charge (we will at our discretion refund you part of the £4.50 P&P if the value and weight of the order is low) Orders between £41 and £99 have a £6.50 delivery charge Orders between £100 and £200 have an £8.00 delivery charge Orders over £200 have a £10.00 delivery charge. Smaller goods are sent by 1st Class post. High value smaller items and all Larger items are delivered by Carrier and will require a signature upon delivery. All postal/carriage charges quoted are to Mainland UK only. Due to Carrier charges and weight restrictions we can only supply you with 1no.15kg bag of Burns dog food per order.Deliveries by Carrier to certain areas of Scotland do carry higher charges but we will notify you of any additional costs by email before sending your order. We can only POSTsmaller/lightweight orders to a value of £34.00 to the Channel Islands, orders above this value cannot be processed. Delivery Schedule As most products are ex-stock we will normally send your order straight out to you if placed before 1.00pm on a weekday. Out of stock items will take between a few days to a week longer. Smaller items are posted 1st Class post, other orders will be sent by 2/3 day Carrier. Deliveries will made by our appointed Carriers to the address supplied by you, the Buyer, on your order. It is the Buyers responsibility to ensure that someone will be there to check, accept and sign for the delivery or for you the Customer to suggest a safe place for the Carriers to leave your parcel. We cannot be responsible for any goods delivered by Carrier that go missing if you do not give us delivery instructions with your order. It is important to note that to avoid this happening, you are asked at the Checkout to leave delivery instructions if you are likely to be out when the Carriers are due to deliver. We can only POST smaller/lightweight orders to a value of £34.00 to the Channel Islands, orders above this value cannot be processed. Please allow between 10 and 16 working days for the delivery of made to order dog coats. In the unlikely event of non-delivery by Royal Mail post, we cannot refund orders until they have been missing for 15 working days (Royal Mail Policy) from the date of posting by Ultimate Animals Ltd. Back Orders If an item is out of stock but is likely to be available shortly, we will back order for you and post it to you as soon as it is available. If the item is out of stock and further supplies are not readily available to us, we will cancel it from your order and refund the item. Tax Charges All prices quoted are VAT inclusive at 17.5%. Please contact us if you need or require a VAT Invoice for products purchased at Ultimate Animals Ltd. Credit Card Security Your credit card details will be required when you have confirmed your order at the checkout. We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our secure shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed, using well in excess of 128 bit encryption. This encrytion is unbreakable and means that your credit card information cannot be read by anyone other than by PROTX our secure online Payment Provider. If you still have any concerns about ordering online, we also offer you the option of printing off and posting our Order Form along with a cheque or credit card details. Please note that your cheque will take up to 5 working days to clear before despatch of your order. Guarantee All products supplied by ULTIMATE ANIMALS Ltd have been carefully selected and manufactured to a high standard. In the unlikely event of receiving faulty goods, you have the option of changing the product or obtaining a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights. Colour shades of products may vary. All notices of order cancellation, return of goods or complaints must be made in the first instance either via e-mail to: info@ultimateanimals.co.uk or in writing to us at the address shown below. You the Customer, will be responsible for any and all shipping charges to return the item(s) to us unless we shipped an incorrect or damaged item to you. You the Customer, has a 7 working day cooling off period from the date your order was delivered to you, during which time you may wish to cancel your order. You must return any goods to us at 87 Glebe Street, Penarth, Vale of Glamorgan CF64 1EF and we suggest you obtain a Certificate of Posting from your Post Office (ask at your Post Office for details of this service) which is recommended. Any faulty goods returned by Recorded Delivery will be at your own expense as Recorded Delivery costs cannot be refunded. If you the Customer exercises your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you the Customer will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost, to the address above. PLEASE include your order number OR date of ordering with any returns or exchanges. If your cancelled goods are not returned within the required time, we would have to arrange collection and then deduct the cost of collection from your refund. Please do not return goods that are marked or have pet hair on them as these goods cannot be refunded or exchanged.
